After receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. If your piece is available, it will be sent within 1-3 working days. It will arrive at the address you provided according to our delivery terms (see below).
In case that the piece you chose is out of stock, we will inform you shortly. You can then decide if you prefer to wait for the piece to be made and shipped, or if you prefer to cancel the order and have your money refunded. Unavailability is an unlikely event. Yet, since all of our pieces are made one by one, unavailability may occasionally occur due to delays in updating our system.

As long as the chosen piece is in stock, our delivery times are: Europe 1 to 5 working days, America 2 – 5 working days, Asia 2 – 5 working days, Africa 2 – 7 working days, Oceania 4 – 10 working days.
If the piece is out of stock, we will contact you and you can decide to either wait for the piece to be made or to cancel your order and be refunded

Yes, we include a written warranty when sending you the piece. All our pieces are hand-crafted, and sometimes minor errors occur during the making. If this occurs, we will fix the mistake or replace the piece with a new one. Please note that we will however not be responsible for damage ocurred due to extensive or inappropriate use of your jewellery. In case of any issue contact through: firstname.lastname@example.org
Delivery is free of charge for shipments to Europe, the United States and Canada. For the rest of the Americas, Africa, Asia and Oceania, we charge 35 €.
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been submitted. However, if you are not satisfied with the piece, you have the possibility of sending it back within 14 days. We will either refund you the money, or, depending on availability, offer to send you a different piece. Please check our “terms and conditions” for more information.

Our showroom is located in Southern Spain: Calle Peral 13, 29601 Marbella. We also have a representative in the area of Edmonton, Canada.
Yes you will receive Ethnopur official packaging under no additional cost. It consists in a piece of kashmir cloth to wrap your piece, a swede pouch or synthetic leather box and a short story about your jewellery.
