Nagaland Snake Chain Ring

Bold and astounding, made of a thick silver snake chain with a particular finishing resembling a bracelets clasp, this is another of our classics. The clasp is inspired by traditional motifs of the Naga Tribes of today’s Northern India. The weaving is 6 millimeters thick and 11 millimeters wide, constituted of interlocking silver loops. 

The Naga were fierce and brave warriors. They wore their adornments not only for festive occasions, but also in combat. The most outstanding heroes were awarded awe-inspiring jewellery as a recognition for fearlessness and fortitude in battle.

Inspired by their audacity and daring ornaments, we have created a modern day interpretation in form of this stunning silver ring.
